David Jones has been a committed professional in the 245D field for over nine years, with extensive training in positive supports and de-escalation techniques. With more than seven years of experience as a designated/program manager, David has worked with individuals across a wide range of special needs diagnoses, gaining a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting their unique needs. He also has extensive training and experience in handling crisis situations with both children and adults with special needs.
In addition to his work in the 245D field, David has spent a year working in adult daycare, focusing on special needs care. As a professional musician in the gospel, hip hop, and R&B scenes in Minnesota, David blends his passion for music with his professional life. He is the owner of Eastside Music Group, which offers music therapy services for special needs youth and adults, along with a range of other services designed to enhance the music scene in the Twin Cities area.
David’s community spirit is evident through his work with The Rose Apparel, a brand that focuses on the neighborhood he grew up in, St. Paul. Through the brand, he provides clothing and food to kids in the community, giving back to his roots in meaningful ways. Outside of his professional life, David is a loving husband and proud father, eagerly anticipating the arrival of his second child.
Deltry Coles is a dynamic Human Resources Manager and Agency
Coordinator for Twin Cities Home Care, boasting an impressive
background that spans over 30 years in human services, HR,
government, and education. With a BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Training, along with an associate in
criminal justice and a minor in Psychology, Deltry combines academic rigor with handsāon experience.
Deltry has been a wife for over 29 years to her husband, Charles, and is
a proud mother of three and grandmother of twelve. Her career
encompasses roles such as human resources manager, program
manager and direct support professional, where she has dedicated herself to supporting individuals with mental health and physical
disabilities. While working in education, Deltry has enriched the lives of students at every level, from elementary schools to universities, serving as an Assistant to the Dean and Enrollment Counselor.
In addition to her extensive years of service in government, Deltry is a
committed community activist. She collaborates with local, state, and
federal stakeholders to advocate for vital changes in medical practices, insurance, public housing, and financial stability. As an Assistant Pastor at her local Church, she is a cornerstone of her
community, tirelessly working to enhance the lives of those around
her.
